From empty land to first commercial batch.
A food plant built without process knowledge becomes an expensive building. We lead turnkey projects from concept layout and equipment specification through erection, commissioning, validation and the first commercial production run - with one team answerable for the outcome.

ExploreQuestions we get asked
Do you supply the equipment?
No, and that is deliberate. We stay independent of equipment vendors so our specification serves your process, not a commission.
What is the typical timeline for a small plant?
Nine to eighteen months from feasibility to commercial production, depending on land, statutory approvals and equipment lead times.
Can you take over a stalled project?
Yes. We start with an audit of what has been built and specified, then produce a recovery plan with a revised budget.
Tell us what you are trying to make.
Send the brief, the sample or just the idea. You will speak to a consultant, not a call centre.
