Do you work on a fixed fee?
Most development projects are fixed-fee by phase, with trial and testing costs listed separately so you see exactly what you are paying for.
What if the first formulation fails?
Iterations are built into the project plan. A first-time-right formulation is unusual and we do not price as if it were.
Can you transfer to a co-packer we choose?
Yes, including reviewing their capability before transfer and auditing the first production runs.
