Turnkey Contract Manufacturing
You own the brand. We run everything behind it.
You own the brand. We run everything behind it.
For brands that want to stay asset-light without losing control of quality, we manage the entire manufacturing chain: developing the product, selecting and auditing the plant, transferring the specification, and releasing every batch against it.

Start with a technical conversation, not a proposal
Tell us the product, the target cost and the deadline. In the first call we will tell you whether it is feasible, roughly what it will take, and what we would check first. If it is not a fit for us, we will say so.

Questions we get asked
Do we need our own FSSAI licence?
Yes, as a brand owner you need the appropriate licence and your name and address on the label alongside the manufacturer's.
What volumes make this viable?
It works from first launch onwards. Below roughly 5,000 units per SKU per run, MOQ economics usually decide the format.
Who holds the formulation?
You do. The manufacturer receives it under a confidentiality and non-compete agreement we help put in place.
Tell us what you are trying to make.
Send the brief, the sample or just the idea. You will speak to a consultant, not a call centre.
