Dietary Supplements
From active list to finished, assayed, saleable unit.
From active list to finished, assayed, saleable unit.
A supplement is a delivery problem before it is a marketing problem. Dose accuracy, disintegration, moisture sensitivity and packaging all decide whether the label claim still holds at month eighteen. We develop against that endpoint.
What a Dietary Supplements project looks like
How we work on Dietary Supplements
Vitamin & mineral formats
Premix design, overages, interaction management and disintegration control.
Protein & sports nutrition
Blend design, solubility, mixability, amino profile and banned-substance risk control.
Gummies & effervescents
Format-specific stability, sugar-free variants and moisture protection.
Omega & lipid actives
Oxidation control, encapsulation and odour management.
Sachets & powders
Dosing accuracy, flow, dispersion and single-serve pack economics.
Assay & QC
Method selection, in-house testing plan and third-party lab protocol.
Start with a technical conversation, not a proposal
Tell us the product, the target cost and the deadline. In the first call we will tell you whether it is feasible, roughly what it will take, and what we would check first. If it is not a fit for us, we will say so.

Questions we get asked
How much overage should a vitamin premix carry?
It depends on the vitamin, format and packaging. We calculate it from stability data rather than a rule of thumb, because over-dosing is a compliance risk in itself.
Are gummies harder to develop than tablets?
Generally yes - heat, moisture and sugar systems all degrade actives, so gummies need tighter stability work.
Can you support third-party lab testing?
We define the test plan, select the NABL lab and interpret the reports with you.
Tell us what you are trying to make.
Send the brief, the sample or just the idea. You will speak to a consultant, not a call centre.
